No. You sign up without an account. After paying you can switch on your pass, and your points will count for this entry too.

With the free Revena pass. You earn points at every event through Revena and climb the ranks in each sport. From Bronze you get 5%, at Elite 20%, with every organiser on Revena. Log in before you sign up and the discount comes off automatically.

The price you see is all-in. The service fee is shown underneath: 4% of the ticket price plus VAT, between €0.30 and €0.96 per ticket. There's no extra charge for any payment method.

With Bancontact, Wero, card or iDEAL | Wero. You pay the organiser directly, through Stripe or Mollie.

Everything is private by default. You choose who sees what, part by part: only you, your friends or everyone.

That depends on the organiser. For every event you see before you sign up whether you can pass on your ticket, switch distance or get your money back.

Yes. Switch on your pass within 90 days after the event with the same email address, and the points are added.

At events where you sign up with the organiser directly, Revena cannot scan you. There are no points and no discount there.

Yes, if the organiser allows it. In My Revena you enter the name and email address of the new participant. The price you paid stays the same. The new participant gets the points.

As soon as the organiser scans you at the start. For a volunteer shift, as soon as the organiser confirms it.

No. You never lose a level or a rank. Only the rankings start again on 1 January.

Stripe or Mollie pays out every working day to your club's account. Revena never touches your money.

Yes. Every event that takes entries through Revena gives the discount from the rules: 5 to 20%, capped at €10 per ticket. That way an athlete knows what to expect everywhere. Your dashboard shows what it costs you and what it brings in.

Yes. Import the export from your previous system. You'll see straight away who came back and who didn't.

Yes, about your next edition. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and anyone who uses it won't get your invitations again.

Yes. The scanner and the desk store everything on the device and send it on as soon as there's signal.

Export your participants in one click. There's no contract and no notice period.

Yes. You keep your current sign-ups, and you put the next edition on Revena. Or you import the people who already signed up.

That depends on how many pass holders sign up with you and which rank they have. In your dashboard you see it per edition, next to the new participants the pass brought in.
