What you get
- An event page in your own style, with your logo and colour, your distances and start times, the course and the practical information.
- Distances and prices the way you want them: price steps by date, a member price, a children's run with an age limit, and extras such as a T-shirt.
- Groups and a waiting list. One person signs up a whole group, and each participant fills in their own details. Is a distance full? A waiting list opens.
- Payment with Bancontact, Wero, card or iDEAL | Wero. The money goes through Stripe or Mollie straight to your club's bank account, every working day. Revena never touches your money.
- Race numbers and printing: the start list, the pick-up list and labels as PDF.
- Results. You upload the results from your timing company by race number, and everyone who finished gets an email with their time.
- Your figures: entries per day next to last year, per distance and per channel.
On the day
People who only turn up on the day sign up at the cash desk on your own phone or tablet. The scanner checks tickets in, even without a network. More about the cash desk and scanner.
What it costs
4% per online ticket, at least €0.25 and at most €0.79 excl. VAT. At the cash desk, €0.10 per entry. Free tickets cost nothing. No subscription and no contract; you pay Stripe's or Mollie's payment fees directly to that partner. See the pricing.
How to start
- Choose the road race template: distances, start times and food stops are ready.
- Set your distances and prices.
- Make a test payment with Bancontact in test mode and look at the email with the ticket.
- Publish. Only then do you create an account and connect Stripe, or Mollie if you already have it.
