For organisers

Entries for your sportive, in advance and at the start.

Riders sign up online in advance or pay at the start. With Revena both end up in one list, with your figures per distance.

Online in advance

Distances with start times, price steps and a member price for members of your club or federation. Participants pay with Bancontact, Wero, card or iDEAL | Wero, and get their ticket with a QR code in their inbox. The money goes through Stripe or Mollie straight to your club's bank account, every working day.

At the start

The cash desk runs on your own phone or tablet, even without a network. Your volunteer chooses the distance, enters the name and takes cash or payment on your own card reader. Those who signed up in advance have their QR code scanned. That way you see, per distance, who set off. More about the cash desk and scanner.

For MTB and gravel

Choose the sportive or MTB template: distances, start times and food stops are ready. Put the GPX file of your route on your event page, so participants can load it onto their bike computer.

Volunteers

Create shifts for registration, food stops and junctions. Volunteers sign up themselves, and those with a Revena pass earn points for a confirmed shift.

After the ride

A sportive has no times. The day after, Revena sends a thank-you email to everyone who was scanned. In your figures you see per distance who checked in, and who came back from last year.

What it costs

4% per online ticket, at least €0.25 and at most €0.79 excl. VAT. At the cash desk, €0.10 per entry. No subscription and no contract. See the pricing.

Your federation and the permissions

Applying to your federation and the permissions through the Sport Vlaanderen e-loket are still needed. How it works: read Organising a cycling tour.
