For organisers

Entries for your trail run, with places per distance.

Does your trail run have a maximum number of runners per distance? Revena keeps track of the places, and latecomers go on the waiting list.

Places and waiting list

Set a maximum per distance. Is a distance full? Runners join the waiting list. When a place opens up, the first person on the list gets an email, and the place is held for them for 24 hours.

Pass it on instead of cancelling

If a runner cannot come, they pass their ticket on to someone else, up to a deadline you choose. By default that is possible until 2 days before the event. Switching distance is possible by default until 1 day before. Refunds on request are something you turn on yourself, if you want to. That way your trail run stays full, even if someone drops out.

Your course on your event page

Upload the GPX file of your course, list the food stops in the practical information and add photos. Each distance gets its own start time. Your participants see it on their ticket and in the practical information email, seven days before the run.

Price steps

With price steps you spread the entries: those who decide early pay less. Three days before a price goes up, Revena automatically emails everyone who ran last year and has not signed up yet.

On the day as well

If you still have places on the day, runners sign up at the cash desk on your own phone. The scanner checks tickets in, even when there is no network in the woods. More about the cash desk and scanner.

What it costs

4% per online ticket, at least €0.25 and at most €0.79 excl. VAT. At the cash desk, €0.10 per entry. No subscription and no contract. See the pricing.

How to start

Choose the trail template: distances, start times and food stops are ready. Set your prices, make a test payment and publish. Only then do you create an account and connect Stripe or Mollie.
